FRAME UP strip

Frame Up Strip (FUS) is a dynamic heels dance style founded by Anastasia Yurasova in Russia 11 years ago incorporating exploratory movement, intricate technique, and captivating energy based on strip plastic.

Anastasia began by combining fundamental movements, focusing on musicality, bodywork, lines, and floor work, adding a technical and visually appealing touch to the traditional strip style of that time.

Irina Podshivalova is considered the second creator, and the style was further developed and popularized by dancers such as Liza Sergeeva, Kristina Belova, Inna Apolonskaya, Juliana Kobtseva, and many others.

I would like to express my gratitude to Anastasia Vlasova, a great professional in her field and a wonderful person who is able to competently explain the movements and always support. Girls if you want to learn better how to feel your body or maybe just become more feminine and more relaxed, then you should definitely attend classes with Anastasia. Thank you very much for the energetic classes. Highly recommend to everyone!

I would strongly recommend Anastasias frame up classes. She creates a FUN-FILLED, supportive, friendly environment while taking her time to teach basic techniques and skills and focuses on development. Love the classes and look forward to more beginner classes this year.

Anastasia! I wanted to thank you so much for yesterday's class. I haven't had so much fun and felt so good in a while! Like I did a couple of other heels classes in the last months, but in a way I always felt intimated to 'feel' and was getting lost in trying to get in right versus actually having fun. Yesterday I felt I was flowing, feeling, and I came out of class being myself again! Also freaking loved the song thank you and can't wait to do more classs with you!

Nastya, thank u so much for what you're doing!! The atmosphere is always so warm and motivating that don't want to leave. You're very supportive, which gives confidence, but you also keep vigilance over the unpointed feet and small details, so I can actually achieve my maximum. Lots of new information, I feel like I've grown as a dancer and even as a performer!! Overall, every time I can actually feel your emotional and professional engagement and willingness to help, while being also extremely friendly, which is just.
